I have been a registered nurse, health coach, and fitness professional for over a decade.
I have been trained through the University of Arizona’s Center for Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil, the founder of “Integrative Medicine”.
I have also worked in over 15 countries around the world, and gained clinical experience as the lead Nurse Health Coach at a practice in Colorado.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when I was 13. It took me over 10 years suffering with my autoimmune condition to understand how big of an impact stress played in my flare-ups.
I know that your pain is real, I know what it’s like to feel so tired and depressed even with enough sleep, and I relate to your frustration with the conventional medical system.
I believe in the power of coaching and how it can transform lives, and my mission is give the power back to you so that you can heal and live the life of your dreams.
Integrative Health Coaching utilizes behavioral theories and evidenced-based mechanisms of action to build a partnership that fosters growth and development, enhances motivation, and improves capacity to change by increasing positivity, resilience, and self-efficacy.
It facilitates the process of change, especially difficult behavior change that is often so hard to overcome.

What tools and action plans to put into place to meet your specific health goals
